Tegan is a graduate Accredited Practicing Dietitian. Since graduating from Griffith University, Tegan has continued
to further her skills within the dietetic practice, specifically in Residential aged care. Here, she has gained extensive experience consulting with residents, assessing risk of malnutrition. Tegan been involved in the exciting national ACTAH research project targeting malnutrition in aged care.

Tegan enjoys all areas of nutrition, including malnutrition, cardiovascular disease, weight management and diabetes. She is passionate about helping clients reach their nutrition goals in a sustainable, achievable and individualized manner. Tegan understands that nutrition can be a difficult area of life to navigate on our own,
particularly with the information readily available online. She aims to help her clients understand the “why” behind their nutrition interventions by sharing her knowledge and expertise on nutrition, through scientific evidence and best practice.
