Fleur takes a patient centred approach, understanding that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution when it comes to nutrition, and everyone is different from their medical history, to their needs, personal goals and lifestyle. She has a passion for food and cooking, and believes that nutrition is fundamental to good health.

Fleur’s special interests include making sustainable changes for the management of chronic disease, Bariatric surgery, and gastrointestinal issues including IBS, food intolerances, and inflammatory bowel disease.
